All items can be returned as long as:

• They are received back within 14 days of receipt - the old 'I was on holiday' line will not fly ;)

• They are returned in the same condition as you received them 

• Any Hygiene tags must remain in place - do not get naked until you know it definitely fits

• It is not a personalised item - anything monogrammed will not be eligible for a return

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns.  Please keep hold of your proof of postage certificate/tracking details.  COOTS will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.
