All items can be returned as long as:
They are received back within 14 days of receipt - the old 'I was on holiday' line will not fly ;)
They are returned in the same condition as you received them
Any Hygiene tags must remain in place - do not get naked until you know it definitely fits
It is not a personalised item - anything monogrammed will not be eligible for a return
If the above is all good send us an email to email@example.com with your order number and we will send you the details on how to return.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns. Please keep hold of your proof of postage certificate/tracking details. COOTS will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.
We do not hold stock for exchanges therefore if you require an exchange please submit a new order online and return the original item as above.
